Ukrainian drones launched a series of strikes on the main facilities of the Sheskharis oil loading terminal in Novorossiysk.

The Sheskharis terminal accounts for approximately 20% of Russia's total marine export of oil and petroleum products, including diesel fuel and fuel oil.

On April 6th, Ukrainian naval and aerial drones attacked the port of Novorossiysk.

During the Novorossiysk attack, drones destroyed equipment at both berths of the oil terminal, blew up and set fire to pipeline shut-off valves, and destroyed several oil quantity and quality measurement system units.

The Russian Telegram channel 'Belarusian Silovik' reported that the attack on Novorossiysk lasted over 4 hours and involved dozens of Ukrainian drones, causing the few anti-aircraft missile systems guarding the port to run out of missiles.

Ivan Yakovina predicts that the Russian oil terminal in Novorossiysk will likely not operate for the next few weeks or even months, halting fuel loading onto tankers.
