1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bullsift ("the Service"), operated by Bullsift ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bullsift is an AI-powered platform that analyzes YouTube video credibility. The Service includes video summarization, claim extraction and verification, slop/AI-content detection, and community trust scoring. Analysis is performed through automated large language model (LLM) pipelines and should be treated as informational, not authoritative.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use certain features, you must create an account. You may register using an email and password or via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Bullsift offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free — 90 Quick Sifts per month
• Pro ($9.99/mo) — Unlimited Quick Sifts, 50 Deep Sifts per month
• Power ($24.99/mo) — Unlimited Quick Sifts, 150 Deep Sifts per month

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users through community features
• Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or authentication mechanisms
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond its intended API
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute analysis results commercially without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and technology comprising the Service are owned by Bullsift or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your submissions solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Bullsift uses artificial intelligence to analyze content; results are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. The Service does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You should independently verify any claims or conclusions before relying on them. AI-generated analyses may contain errors, hallucinations, or biases inherent in the underlying models.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bullsift and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
