SpaceX is targeting to raise $75 billion at a $1.75 trillion valuation, aiming to be the largest IPO ever in terms of capital raised.

SpaceX has $16 billion in revenue with $8 billion in profits and is projected to IPO at 90 to 110 times revenues.

On May 20th, 2026, SpaceX released its IPO prospectus, with the IPO itself scheduled for June 2026.

The connectivity segment (Starlink) is the only profitable part of SpaceX.
